Coconut Oil Vegetable Stir fry Recipe

Ingredients
1 Cup Rice
1 Yellow pepper
1/2 Red pepper
1/2 Cup Frozen peas
1/4 Cup Soy crumbles
1 tsp Asian Seasoning mix
1 tsp Sesame seed
1 tsp Coconut Oil
While the rice is in the steamer, wash and chop the peppers. In a medium size skillet or
wok add a teaspoon of coconut oil, and turn burner to med-high heat. When the oil is
heated and melted drop the in the peppers.
When the peppers become tender, add the peas and soy crumbles. Heat a few more
minutes and then add seasoning into the pan. Now the rice is steamed and ready to
add to the pan. Toss to mix with vegetables.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the stir fry and add soy sauce.
