Healthy, Warm, Veggie Pasta Salad
From the Garden to the table this pasta salad is fast, delicious, vegetarian, and healthy.
There are only six simple ingredients!
Ingredients
3 Cups of Penne pasta
2 Cups of grape tomatoes halved
1/2 Cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. of Hearty Naturals Coconut Oil
1/4 Cup of basil
2 Cloves of garlic crushed
Prepare the pasta as directed for Al dente. Drain and then toss with Hearty Naturals
coconut oil, basil, and garlic. Toss the coconut oil, basil, and garlic separately from the pasta to
give the natural coconut oil and herb flavors a chance to come out.

As the flavorful aromas fill your kitchen, it is time to add the last two ingredients.
Now, lightly toss in the tomatoes and Parmesan cheese.

Then, season your healthy, vegetarian, vegetable pasta salad with salt and pepper to taste.

Note: Pasta salad reheats well.
This would not be vegan because of the cheese. It is however vegetarian and could be made vegan by using soy cheese or cutting the cheese out altogether.
